These terms govern your use of Mahad Resume, operated by Mahad Information Technology Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Using the service

You must provide accurate information and use Mahad Resume only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you enter and for keeping your account secure.

2. Honest use

Mahad Resume improves your real story. You agree not to use the service to create knowingly false or misleading resumes. Our AI is built to improve, not to fabricate, and we expect the same from you.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Business accounts (agencies, companies, typing centers) are responsible for the users they invite and the candidates they process.

4. Payments

Paid features are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment provider, Razorpay. Prices and what is included are shown on the Pricing page. Wallet balances for business accounts are used to pay per-resume or per-feature costs as described there.

5. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and display your content to provide the service. The Mahad Resume platform, brand and software remain our property.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or improve over time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Mahad Resume is a tool to help you present your experience; hiring decisions rest with employers.
